Moving to Vegas and not knowing anyone was really hard. I came to the Valentine’s New Mommy Meet-up, and everyone was so nice. I saw a lot of moms with the same parenting style as me, and all the kids were super sweet to my 3-year-old son. All of the playdates have really pulled my son out of his shell and made him much more social. Mommy and Me West (MMW) has been such a great community to be part of. This group of moms really supports each other and truly cares about each other’s kiddos! We look forward to many years of MMW fun!

After becoming a new mom, I was eager to find a supportive community and researched various groups in Las Vegas. I came to a New Mommy Meet Up almost two years ago, and it turned out to be the best decision ever! I loved how the group was so established (25+ years) and that it was run by a passionate board of directors and operated with clear by-laws. I also loved the calendar system which allows members to effortlessly upload events, making it easy to connect with friends and fit activities into my schedule. I also found it unique in that it had so many fun and diverse events each week! I’m so glad I joined MMW and that I now have a wonderful community of support as I just had my second baby!

I joined Mommy and Me West when my son was 2, and I had just found out I was pregnant with my daughter. Things were just opening up again since the pandemic, and with all of my family and friends back on the East Coast, I was craving socialization. Not only did I find friendships and activities for the kids, but I also found support, community and friendships for myself. I am so grateful to have found a group of people who understand this stage of life and who strive to lift each other up.
